Luxor CRM Launches Weekly Management Report – With No Login Required!

As managers and owners we know that accountability produces better results. But we also know that managers and owners are busy people and sometimes proper meetings don’t always happen, causing accountability to fall by the wayside. This is why we have developed the ultra-simple Luxor CRM Management Report specifically for clients in Restoration and Referral-based businesses. The report is packed with critical information you need to keep people accountable using detailed feedback on the effectiveness of your marketing and auditing efforts. Luxor CRM Introduces Activity Alerts for Desktop and Mobile

Information sharing within an organization can not only save you time and money, but also avoid duplication of efforts. However, with employees always on the go and rarely in the same place at the same time, it gets harder and harder to keep everyone up to date on important new developments.

To address this challenge, Luxor CRM developed the Activity Alerts feature. Now each time a user creates a new activity within the Luxor CRM system, an added drop-down allows the activity to be shared with multiple users as soon as the record is saved. Once the alert is created, the system will automatically generate an email to everyone on the selected distribution list announcing that the activity occurred. This new functionality keeps users up-to-date when important activities are taking place within the organization.

Activity Alerts are accessible through both the web-based desktop version and on the Luxor CRM mobile platform. The Activity Alerts feature is available to all standard Luxor CRM users free of charge.

Luxor CRM Software Improvements and Bug Fixes

Our team continues to improve the Luxor CRM software with many ongoing new improvements and bug fixes released on a weekly basis. A few of the latest improvements and bug fixes are profiled below.

Production Release 2.2.759

New Features:

  • QuickBooks time sheet sync for clients with QuickBooks Payroll. Brings employee expense information from QuickBooks to Luxor to be included in Job costing calculations. (Restoration only functionality for client using QuickBooks with Payroll component)

Bug Fixes.

  • 10271 - Web 2 Lead pages were including hidden options in their drop down fields

  • 10270 - An error was occurring during the creation of mass activities that included records that were created by the file importer without a record name

  • 10239 - Custom activity reports were including hidden activity types

  • Adjusted the "related to" field to allow selecting immediately after saving for the first time instead of requiring form reopening

  • When creating a new record from a related record some "related to" fields were displaying incorrect data
