Luxor CRM Launches New Quota Dashlet, Now With Field Office Sorting Capability

Luxor CRM is pleased to introduce the new Customizable Quota dashlet with a rich graphical interface for your Dashboard. Now with a single glance, owners and sales managers can quickly and easily see the performance of a salesperson against a pre-defined quota by month, by quarter or by year.

To access this simple but powerful new feature, add the Quota dashlet to your dashboard in the same manner as you would with any other dashlet under Settings\Dashboard and then by selecting "Existing Dashboard" or "Add New". Once a dashboard has been selected or created, you can then click "Add Dashlet\Quota" from the list of available options. When creating a Quote dashlet, users have the option to specify the desired time period, such as monthly, quarterly or yearly. Luxor CRM will then generate a speedometer-style graphic on your dashboard page (shown below) that updates with real-time data on salesperson performance. Each salesperson can be selected through a drop-down menu that lists all of the registered salespeople in your organization.

And now, with the introduction of field office sorting capability within Luxor, most of the dashlets can be customized to include or exclude specific field offices to help you better analyze the performance of all of your locations.

These exciting new features are available to all restoration and referral-based business users at no additional cost and are just some of the ways we are improving our system each and every day to give you the most powerful productivity tool on the market. Salesperson Performance vs. Quota

Owners and sales managers can now see in a single glance how a salesperson is tracking against quota on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.




Improved Strategic Marketing Tools

Here at Luxor CRM we are constantly looking for new ways to help make your Marketing team's efforts even more effective, which is why we are pleased to introduce two new Marketing tools: New Job Alerts and Marketer Credit Qualifier. Each of these is profiled below.

  1. New Job Alerts
    Wouldn't it be nice to know every time one of your contacts is associated with a new job, without having to go searching for it in the system? Well now Luxor can do this automatically, by emailing you every time a new job is referred by or associated with one of your contacts. Once this feature is enabled, you don’t have to worry about jobs getting missed in the system or not knowing about new jobs involving your contacts. The email alert provides the Job Type and the Contact Details so you can follow up to thank them for the business or to let them know that you are working on a job for one of their clients.   2. Marketer Credit Qualifier
    Another new feature designed to help make your marketing efforts more effective is the Marketer Credit Qualifier. Now you can customize Luxor CRM to only give credit for new jobs if a qualified marketing activity has recently taken place (for example, within the last eight weeks). Once this feature is enabled, you can better understand when and why new business is being generated to ensure that the efforts of the sales and marketing team are being properly rewarded. Enhanced Data Analytics

Luxor CRM is pleased to introduce two new data analysis tools to help you get the most out of your system: Referrals by Organization and Lost Job Tracking. Both are profiled below.

  1. Referrals by Organization
    With the new Referrals by Organization feature, you can total referrals for an entire office or for an organization as a whole. This can be enabled for any view or any report. Where previously you could only see referrals for one individual, now you can see the whole picture in a quick and easy glance.   2. Lost Job Tracking
    While no one ever likes to lose business, we believe that understanding and tracking when it happens is an important step to helping eliminate the problem. Now with the launch of the Lost Jobs Tracking indicator, you can add this vital piece of information to any view or report along with all of your regular Job Tracking information. Not only will this help you better understand which jobs were lost and why, but you can also use the lost job information to quantify the effectiveness of your referral sources. Auto Job Numbering in Luxor CRM

Luxor CRM is pleased to introduce the new Auto Job Numbering feature. Now you don’t have to worry about having multiple jobs with the same ID number or losing track of a job as the numbering component of the Job Number can be set to take place automatically within the system. Once this feature has been enabled by our Client Services team, all or part of your Job Number can be generated automatically. Best of all, the auto numbering feature allows you to continue using your own numbering or letter conventions within each Job Number.
